Registration can also be done online at www.fema.gov/assistance. Those who have questions may visit the center to meet with recovery specialists in person.

Representatives of state, federal, and voluntary agencies, including customer service representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), will be on hand to answer questions and provide recovery information. Written materials about various assistance programs are also available to individuals and business owners. Center hours will be Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

FEMA manages federal response and recovery efforts following any national incident. FEMA also initiates mitigation activities, works with state and local emergency managers, and manages the National Flood Insurance Program.  FEMA became part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on March 1, 2003.
