I have been on compounded bio-identical hormones for several years. They have effectively controlled the most unpleasant side effects of menopause (sleep disorders, hot flashes, and mood swings). I have not had ANY side effects from the medicine, like I did when I was taking synthetic hormones. I believe they are safe, also. I resent that a large corporation is fighting to limit my (and my doctor's) choices and dictate my health care. We need more options, not fewer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
