State Agencies Minnesota
The
Minnesota Coordinated School Health Program (CSHP) is a collaborative effort
between the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota Department
of Health. The CSHP works with schools, school districts, local health
departments, governmental agencies, and professional organizations to
improve the health and academic success of children in Minnesota through the
implementation of the 8-component CSHP model. The Minnesota Department of
Education receives funding from CDC’s Division of Adolescent and School
Health to promote coordinated school health and provide HIV prevention
education.
