Secretary of State Colin Powell attended the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, from January 25 to 26. The Secretary departed Washington on Friday, January 24, and returned Sunday, January 26.

The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting is an opportunity for government, business and civic leaders to discuss a wide array of important global issues. The Secretary addressed foreign participants in a major speech on Sunday, January 26, at noon, local time (6:00 a.m. in Washington).  [photos]
