I can't download a course - who do I contact?


Answer:

Many course materials are posted in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files. To obtain this free plug-in for your computer, please visit the Adobe Web site and follow the download/installation instructions. If you are not able to locate the course you need to download on the Virtual Campus, please send an e-mail to netcwebmaster@dhs.gov or call the NETC Help Desk at (301) 447-7211.
