MADISON, Wis. -- Many stores and community facilities in Southern Wisconsin host FEMA displays that offer advice about rebuilding safer and stronger structures after flooding. Two of the more popular free publications are Protecting Your Home from Flood Damage and After Flood: The First Steps.
