Free Legal Services Available To Those Affected By Rodeo-Chediski Fire

Mesa, AZ -- The State Bar of Arizona is offering free legal services for those affected by the Rodeo-Chediski fire, according to the Arizona Division of Emergency Management and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Free legal advice is available to those who live in the declared counties of Navajo, Apache, Coconino and Gila as well as the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. Volunteer lawyers, who are members of the State Bar of Arizona, will be available through a crisis hotline to answer legal questions.

The crisis hotline toll-free number is: 1-866-255-4495. This hotline will operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For those who have not yet registered for disaster assistance, it is not too late. Register by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362). Those with hearing or speech impairments may call TTY 1-800-462-7585. Registration lines are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
