Teaching Immunization Delivery and Evaluation (TIDE)

Description: A curriculum to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills that are likely to change provider behavior in clinical settings, leading to increased immunization rates for children.  Clinical scenarios are used to trigger problem solving and discussion. The scenarios are organized as four self-contained modules.  Each module covers a different aspect of immunization delivery.

Smallpox Vaccine Storage and Handling

Description: This 4-module course covers Vaccine Distribution, Vaccine Storage, Handling the Vaccine: Clinic Issues, and Safeguarding the Vaccine. The course also provides practical information on ordering vaccine from the Strategic National Stockpile, monitoring temperature and using proper equipment, reconstituting the vaccine, and developing a vaccine disaster recovery plan.
