9060-5, Export Certificate of Wholesomeness.
The following statement must be typed in the
"Remarks" section of the FSIS Form 9060-5:
"This product has been heat treated (cooked) to an internal (core) temperature of 72
degrees C (161 degrees F)."*
Plants Eligible to Export
All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Iceland.
