October 19-25 is “National Save for Retirement Week” — a time to celebrate your participation in the TSP. Each TSP contribution you make helps you secure a more comfortable retirement when you leave Federal service or the uniformed services. The TSP costs you less in administrative fees than any other retirement savings plan. And if you are a FERS employee, you’re also getting free money — a match on the first five percent of pay you contribute.
