Development of management practices, treatment technologies and decision tools will allow Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans to be developed and Total Maximum Daily Load requirements to be met. New management practices and treatment technologies will be developed to reduce emissions and control pathogens at production facilities, storage areas and field application sites.
