LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- All FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers were Friday, March 7, due to inclement weather and  will reopen Saturday, March 8. All DRCs open Saturday at 10 a.m. except for the DRC in Midway, Baxter County, which will open at 9 a.m.

The following DRCs will resume operation at these locations during hours listed below.

Pope County DRC
Assumption Catholic Church
McKee Hall, 103 N. Ave. 4
Atkins, AR 72823
Hours: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This DRC will close permanently at  6 p.m. Saturday, March 8.

Sharp County DRC
Ash Flat Community Center
10 Arnhart St.
Ash Flat, AR 72513
Hours: Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.  This DRC will close permanently at  6 p.m. Saturday,
March 8.

Randolph County Mobile DRC
Pocahontas Community Center
202 Geneva Dr., Pocahontas, AR 72455
The Randolph County mobile DRC will be open at this location Sunday, March 9 through Tuesday, March-11 only.
Hours: Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m.to 6 p.m.  This DRC will close permanently at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 11.

Conway County DRC
St. Vincent Fire Department

St. Vincent, AR 72063
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday.  Closed Sunday.
This DRC will close permanently at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 13.

Marion County DRC
Marion County Fairgrounds Community Center

Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.  Closed Sunday.
This DRC will close permanently at 6 p.m., Saturday, March 15.

Remaining open until further notice are DRCs at the following locations.  Their hours are 10 a.m.  to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 8, except for the DRC in Baxter County, which will be open  9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. Normal hours for all three will be Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays.   All are closed on Sunday.

State and federal disaster officials urge residents affected by the Feb. 5 storms and tornadoes who have not already done so to register for disaster assistance online at www.fema.gov or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).  Those with speech or hearing disabilities can call 1-800-462-7585 (TTY).  The toll-free numbers are available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday CST.

The registration deadline is April 8, 2008.
