Direct Federal assistance is authorized, if warranted.

The counties of Adair, Atoka, Bryan, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coal, Cotton, Craig, Delaware, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Latimer, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pittsburg, Seminole, Sequoyah, and Wagoner in the State of Oklahoma are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
