Benson, Bottineau, Cavalier, Dickey, Grand Forks, Griggs, Kidder, LaMoure, McHenry, Mountrail, Nelson, Pembina, Pierce, Ramsey, Ransom, Renville, Richland, Rolette, Sargent, Sioux, Stark, Steele, Towner, Traill, Walsh, and Ward Counties, and the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation, the portion of the Standing Rock Indian Reservation which lies within the State of North Dakota, and the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation .

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties and Indian Reservations in the State of North Dakota are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
