REGIONAL CATASTROPHIC PREPAREDNESS GRANT PROGRAM (RCPGP) On Pages 2 and 14, the RCPGP states that the FEMA Regions will “review and approve investments before they are submitted to and reviewed at the national level.” Will SAAs need to provide the Investment Justifications to the FEMA Regional Offices before they are submitted through grants.gov?   FEMA Regions will review the investments after they are submitted via grants.gov.   Is there a timeline for when States will be provided additional information on the kick off meeting that is referenced on Page 15?   In order to ease the burden on each of the sites, FEMA’s National Preparedness Directorate is in the process of contacting each site to answer initial questions and provide more specific timelines.  We will make arrangements to have ongoing conference / VTC calls with each site with the plan to schedule a National Catastrophic Planning Workshop at a later time.
