What should I do if I can't get through to the HAZUS Help Line?
HAZUS users periodically have reported connection problems with one or more of the four extensions on the HAZUS Help Line (877-283-8789). If you are unable to get through on the Help Line, either try again later or e-mail HAZUS Help using one of the following e-mail addresses:
