Why am I being restricted?

Users or tools exceeding our maximum hourly query limit of 500 are blocked from making additional queries temporarily to ensure all users have fair access to the system.

How do I get the restriction removed?

You do not need to do anything. When the date and time listed above passes, your access will automatically be restored.
