Adams, Amite, Claiborne, Copiah, Forrest, Franklin, George, Hancock, Harrison, Issaquena, Jackson, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion, Pearl River, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Washington, and Wilkinson Counties. Direct Federal assistance is authorized.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
