Scott County.

Adams, Calhoun, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Greene, Hancock, Henderson, Jasper, Lake, Lawrence, Madison, Mercer, Monroe, Pike, Randolph, Rock Island, and St. Clair Counties for emergency protective measures (Category B), limited to direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
