ATLANTA, Ga. -- Five days after a series of strong storms swept through Tennessee, federal, state and local response and recovery officials continue efforts to assist residents and communities. Following is a summary of information disaster survivors need to know to apply for state and federal assistance following the severe storms, tornadoes and flooding that hit the state February 5 and 6.
