Disaster Summary for FEMA-3162-EM, Indiana Declaration Date: January 24, 2001 Incident Type: Severe Winter Storm Incident Period: December 11, 2000 through December 31, 2000 Counties Declared and Types of Assistance as of February 6, 2001: Allen, Carroll, Cass, Eklhart, Fulton, Howard, Huntington, Jasper, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Lake, Miami, Noble, Pulaski, Saint Joseph, Steuben, White and Whitley are eligible for Public Assistance (Category B) only. (18) The Counties of Adams, Benton, DeKalb, Grant, LaPorte, Marshall, Newton, Porter, Starke, Wabash, and Wells for emergency protective measures under the Public Assistance program for a period of 48 hours.
