The Program Support Center has a requirement for the Office on Women's Health to solicit for contractors to Implement a program that provides prevention/intervention education, on a community level, to female youth that are putting themselves at greater risk for gang involvement and STD/HIV infection. This requirement is being solicited and awarded under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Period of Performance shall be one year from date of award and the Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation, not to exceed 10 awards. A Request for quotation will be posted Monday, August 11, 2008.
