Subscribe to the List
You can use USA.gov's e-mail newsletter subscription service to subscribe to Healthy Women Today. You may also follow the instructions below to sign up manually:
- Open a new e-mail message.
- Enter the following as the "To" address: listserv@list.nih.gov
- Leave the Subject field blank.
- Type the following command line as the body of the message (use your own first and last name):
subscribe NWHIC_NEWS firstname lastname
For example, if your name is Mary Smith, your e-mail will look like this: subscribe NWHIC_NEWS Mary Smith
Your e-mail should look something like this

Unsubscribe to the List
If you wish to stop receiving this newsletter, you will need to sign off the list. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open a new e-mail message.
If you have more than one e-mail address, you need to send your sign off request from the same e-mail address at which you receive the newsletter.
- Enter the following as the "To" address: listserv@list.nih.gov
- Leave the Subject field blank.
- Type the following command line as the body of the message:
signoff NWHIC_NEWS
Your e-mail should look something like this (e-mail programs may vary):
