      • Barriers to effective communications
      • Nonverbal elements of communications
      • The three levels of listening
      • Communication skills used in giving feedback
      • When to use A"good" and "bad" communications techniques

    Day two

    • Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating (POIE)
      • Developing action plans
      • Differentiating between assigning work and delegating
      • Coaching and team building techniques
      • Conducting evaluations

    Day three

    • Leadership
      • Identifying the characteristics of leaders
      • Identifying your own leadership style
      • Recognizing your leadership style preference
      • The advantages and disadvantages of different leadership styles
      • Determining which behavioral leadership style is appropriate in which situation.
