Overview:
Continuing to stress functional communication on a variety of topics, this course reviews Spanish grammar with emphasis on the most difficult and advanced grammatical structures. Short compositions and discussions based on selected readings are used to enhance reading and writing skills. ACE College Credit Recommendation Service reviewed.
Prerequisites:
Previous knowledge of advanced-level Spanish.

To provide the student with advanced studies in Spanish grammar within the framework of modern grammatical theory, practice through the writing of compositions, and exposure to some literary and well-known figures of the Spanish speaking world.

Learning Outcome
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to demonstrate, through written compositions, a high degree of accuracy and flexibility in Spanish.

Instruction
Major topics covered in the course are review of Spanish grammar with emphasis on more elaborate language structures.

Methods of instruction include videos, lecture, discussion, examinations, and oral and written classroom exercises.
