Overview:
Learn optimization concepts and maxima and minima applications in economics. Develop skills using Lagrange-multiplier methods, exponential and logarithmic functions, and the applications of these tools in the theory of the firm and consumer choice theory. Prerequisites:
Participants must have Mathematics for Economists I (MATH4475E) to enroll.
