Learn the principles and practices of administrative law in the federal field, concentrating on provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act dealing with formal and informal rulemaking and adjudication; notice, hearing, evidence, findings, and control by the courts; and pertinent and applicable principles of constitutional law.
