Research Project: DEVELOPMENT OF BIOMARKERS IN FOOD-BORNE PATHOGENS

Objective:
Collaborative effort toward the development of science and technology to aid in the development of DNA biomarkers in food-borne pathogens. Parties will jointly explore and coordinate research activities of mutual interest.

Approach:
ARS: Provide genome sequences of food-borne pathogens and technical expertise to facilitate the adaptation of ARS DNA genome sequences to High Performance Computing (HPC) equipment. BHSAI: Provide existing software for use on designated HPC equipment.
