Objective:
Cooperative research project to analyze the effect of different environmental storage conditions on mango fruit postharvest quality, including flavor.

Approach:
Store mango fruits harvested at commercial maturity in different modified atmosphere packaging, and different temperatures, then homogenize and freeze for later flavor analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
