NAT. CLONAL GERMPLASM REPOS.
USDA-ARS, 33447 PEORIA ROAD
Corvallis OR 97333

Mission:
This Management Unit is established to collect, maintain, distribute and evaluate germplasm of Actinidia, Corylus, Fragaria, Humulus, Mentha, Pyrus, Ribes, Rubus, Vaccinium, and other specialty crop germplasm. The research program adheres closely to the practical problems of germplasm storage and maintenance, including in vitro culture and cryopreservation, virus and disease testing, identity verification, and seed and clonal propagation techniques. We are a genebank for invaluable clonal plant resources. We will preserve this diverse living germplasm for all people for all time.
