Wetlands HelplineWho We AreThe EPA Wetlands Helpline is a contractor-operated information and referral service which handles requests for information on wetlands regulation, legislation and policy pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, wetlands values and functions, and wetlands agricultural issues. The Helpline acts as a first point of contact for EPA's Wetlands Division, which is part of the Office of Wetlands, Oceans and Watersheds (OWOW). As of January 1, 2002, the Helpline has been co-located within the EPA's Water Resource Center allowing both Helpline and Resource Center customers access to the full spectrum of water-related public information available from EPA.
