Overview:
Build a strong, effective Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) advisory committee. You learn the roles and responsibilities of committee members and how to communicate more effectively. You learn to apply EEO laws, regulations and directives; solve program problems and evaluate results; follow complaint procedures and appropriate merit promotion actions; use the federal equal opportunity recruitment program; and communicate with top management regarding EEO and diversity issues.
Who Should Attend?
EEO advisory committee members, individuals with collateral EEO responsibilities, Special Emphasis Program managers and EEO staff members.

Objectives:
