Explore three evaluation designs that compare the accomplishments of the program to what the conditions would have been without it. Explore the strengths and weaknesses of each design and when to apply them. Define the interrelationship between impact evaluation and traditional performance auditing and identify which questions dictate using an impact evaluation.
