Overview:
The goal of this course is to provide leaders, supervisors and managers, as well as HR specialists, with a solid foundation in strategic human capital management concepts, principles and best practices. This introductory course equips participants with an understanding of the skills that are needed to align human resources goals and budgets with their agencies' missions and to use metrics to identify needs and outcomes and measure progress towards the identified outcomes.
This course is also part of the Certificates of Accomplishment in Human Resources Management .
