Objective:
Evaluate (bacterial isolation and enumeration) the effectiveness of chemiclas to eliminate Salmonella from challenged hatching eggs, the related impact on hatchability, and colonization of the alimentary tract of market age broilers.

Approach:
Contaminate and disinfect broiler hatching eggs with chemicals prior to incubation to determine their effectiveness in preventing colonization of the broiler chick's alimentary tract.
