Subject: SBAR Panel for Mobile Source Air Toxics -Control of Hazardous Air Pollutants from Mobile Sources
Dear Mr. Cristofaro:
I received your letter regarding the Small Business Advocacy Review Panel (Panel) for the proposed Clean Air Act rule entitled Mobile Source Air Toxics (MSAT) - Control of Hazardous Air Pollutants from Mobile Sources. The formal notification of the Panel was received by the Office of Advocacy on June 3, 2005.
Advocacy concurs with the preliminary list of Small Entity Representatives (SERs) that EPA has proposed for Panel process. We understand that EPA would like to have a pre-Panel meeting with the SERs in the next few weeks and convene the Panel in September. This timeframe should be workable. We look forward to working with you through this process.
Sincerely,
Thomas M. Sullivan
