Pancreatic Cancer Action Network

Pancreatic Cancer Action Network

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Inc. (PanCAN) is the first national patient advocacy organization for the pancreatic cancer community. PanCAN works to focus national attention on the need to find a cure for pancreatic cancer.

PanCAN's Patient and Liaison Services (PALS) offers an innovative and comprehensive program for pancreatic cancer patients, their families and health professionals. Extensive patient information and guidance are available from our trained PALS Associates.

A PALS Associate can offer:

  • Educational materials and decision-making tools, including pancreatic cancer specific topic booklets and fact sheets.

  • Individualized clinical trials searches performed using the PALS clinical trials database housed by the Coalition's TrialCheckSM and other resources.

  • A supportive partnering program for pancreatic cancer patients and their families through our Survivor and Caregiver Network.

  • One-on-one service and continuous case management.

PALS Associates are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time. All services and information are provided at no charge.
