Objective:
Produce tagged RB transgenic potato lines and use mass spectometry and proteomics to analyze the potato proteome.

Approach:
Agrobacterium transformation of plasmid constructs will be used to produce transgenic plants. Mass spectometry and 2 dimensional protem gel electro phoresis will be used for proteomic analysis.
