Overview:
If you are reviewing efforts of your agency to develop performance measures, or if you are auditing (attesting to the reliability of) established measures, this course can show you what to do and methods for doing it. Learn the auditing standards that apply in auditing performance measures and how to evaluate the reliability of individual measures.
