Dededo, Guam -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has changed the hours of operation for the local Guam Helpline, effective immediately. The FEMA Helpline at 1-800-621-3362 now will be available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Guam Standard Time.
The Helpline is available to individuals and business owners who suffered losses or damages during Typhoon Chata'an. For inquiries or questions regarding low-interest disaster loans provided by the Small Business Administration, please call 1-800- 488-5323.
