Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs
A new subsite to introduce the NRC's voluntary alternatives to litigation to resolve potential disputes in the areas of Licensing and Enforcement, Equal Employment Opportunity, Personnel and Labor Relations, and Government Contracts.
Employment Discrimination Complaint Process
Updated and expanded information regarding the NRC's discrimination complaint process, which is available to employees and applicants for employment with the agency, who believe that they have been subjected to discrimination, reprisal, or workplace harassment based on any factor addressed in the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) statutes and regulations. This process includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program, as an optional means of resolving EEO complaints related to employment discrimination.
