Disaster Summary for FEMA-1376-DR, North Dakota Declaration Date: May 28, 2001 Incident Type: Floods Incident Period: March 1, 2001 through August 9, 2001 Counties Declared and Types of Assistance as of July 10, 2001: Adams, Barnes, Benson, Bottineau, Burleigh, Cass, Cavalier, Dickey, Eddy, Foster, Golden Valley, Grand Forks, Grant, Griggs, Kidder, La Moure, Logan, McHenry, McLean, Morton, Mountrail, Nelson, Pembina, Pierce, Ramsey, Ransom, Richland, Rolette, Sargent, Sheridan, Steele, Stutsman, Towner, Traill, Walsh, Wells, the Indian Reservation of the Spirit Lake Tribe, and the Indian Reservation of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa for the Public Assistance Program. (38) All counties within the State of North Dakota are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
