Abstract: The FOB fact sheets contain information about selected employee benefits topics, such as retirement coverage; retirement eligibility; health and life insurance coverage; creditable service for retirement purposes; benefits during nonpay status; designations of beneficiaries; etc. There are approximately 30 current FOB fact sheets. They are written for DOL employees, but are useful to other Federal employees as well.

Purpose: The FOB fact sheets provide a source of employee benefits information. The fact sheets are distributed to DOL employees.

Agency Program: he OASAM Human Resources Center's mission is to serve DOL employees. Part of this mission is to keep them informed about their benefits.
