Description: The Quarterly Workforce Indicators (QWI) compiled by the Census Bureau measure the performance of the local economy - where jobs are, for what kind of workers, how much workers can expect to make and employers expect to pay them. Contains state employment data at the county, sub-county, and workforce investment areas levels. Includes statistical breakdowns by demographics, industry, and earnings, as well as work time measurements (quarterly from as far back as 1990), job gains, losses and flows, and hires, recalls, accessions and separations. Also includes state maps to access NAICS & SIC-based statistics.
