King County Mental Health Advisory Board
Quality Council

Charter Statement:  The Quality Council is responsible for reporting to the King County Mental Health Advisory Board (KCMHAB) issues and recommendations that affect the quality of mental health services delivered through the King County Mental Health Plan.  The focus is on:

  • Consumers' access to appropriate and timely care
  • Quality of care
  • Consumers' satisfaction with services
  • Consumers' outcomes relevant to goals and expectations of recovery
