Confidentiality Seminar Series

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) hosted a series of confidentiality seminars in response to passage of the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act (CIPSEA) of 2002 (Title V of P.L. 107-347). CIPSEA provides a clear and consistent standard for the use and protection of statistical information collected under a pledge of confidentiality.
