- Pre-Holiday Dance
Saturday, November 17th at 6:30pm at the American Legion. The dance is open to all interested and tickets are presale only at the Senior Center. - Pot Luck Luncheon - 3rd Wednesday each month at the Newstead Fire Hall
- Bingo - Every Friday at 12:45 pm at the Newstead Fire Hall
- Pinochle - 1st and 3rd Saturdays 6:30pm at Senior Center

The Town of Newstead has hired a Senior Coordinator. Her name is Theo Abraham. She will help determine how to best serve this community group and to enhance the quality of life issues for senior citizens in our town. The coordinator reports to the Town Board, and produces a monthly report listing the activities of the senior citizens in the previous month. She will help develop and organize activities for the seniors in our town.
