Highlights for FY 2009 Applications
  1. Applications must be postmarked by the December 18 deadline.
  2. Applicants must describe the expected outputs and outcomes of the project. See Section I(E) of the solicitation notice for more information.
  3. Applicants must develop a logic model to display the outputs and outcomes developed through the project. See Section IV(C)(5) and V(A)(5).
  4. Applicants must explain plans for tracking and measuring progress. See Sections IV(C)(3) and V(A)(3).
