Objective:
Jointly plan and evaluate the efforts and needs of the soft wheat millling quality.

Approach:
Cooperator will provide for the salary, administration, accounting, and travel of an assistant miller and other operating expenses associated with milling quality evaluation. ARS will evaluate early and late generation eastern U.S. breeder wheat crosses and provide travel of ARS employees.
