NYCAMH is a New York State and NIOSH designated Center for occupational disease and injury prevention research as well as the provider of occupationally related physical and mental health services to farmers and families in the rural Northeast. These goals are accomplished through: (1) outpatient consultative services; (2) research studies on agricultural injury and disease; (3) occupational health screenings and clinics; and (4) the dissemination of occupational health, prevention and educational information.
